Sell your house in S'Alqueria Blanca

We give you a free valuation of your house, finca or land in S'Alqueria Blanca and prepare the paperwork a buyer will ask for before making an offer.

Price per square metre in S'Alqueria Blanca

The median asking price in S'Alqueria Blanca is €4,750 per square metre of built area, based on 26 homes for sale on Idealista (4 November 2026). Half of them are listed between 2,550 and 5,800 €/m². These are asking prices, not closed sales.

Pricing from the micro-location

Valuation must separate a traditional house, a view home and a finca. Using Santanyí or coastal evidence alone can over- or undervalue S'Alqueria Blanca.

Prepare before going to market

We present access, village relationship, outdoor space and documents. Rural homes need utilities and outbuildings organised before approaching German finca demand.

Reach the right buyer

It attracts village-house and finca buyers valuing authenticity and connection. We qualify how much countryside, renovation and maintenance they accept.

When and how to show it

Fincas here are best understood in spring, with green fields and long evening light over the views. If the house looks towards Consolació or the sea, we show it at the hour when those views are at their best.

More than 30 years in the Santanyí property market: he knows the houses, the areas and their owners. Christine, Office coordinator (Deutsch · Español · Català · English). What you receive when you ask for a valuation

A visit, not a form

A member of the team sees the house, goes through the documents you have and listens to what you need: a quick sale, the best price or simply knowing what it is worth. In English, German, Spanish or Catalan.

A written valuation

A price range with the properties we compared it with (on the market and, when there are any, sold), what moves it up or down and how reliable the figure is. If the comparables disagree, we tell you.

A sales plan

Asking price, photos and video, languages, where it is advertised and which buyers it is aimed at, and which documents should be ready before viewings.

Reports while it is on the market

A summary after every viewing and a monthly report with viewings, enquiries and buyer feedback, so any change is decided on evidence.

FAQ

Can I sell a finca with unlegalised buildings?

You can, but it affects the price and the type of buyer, and it can complicate financing. The first step is knowing what is and is not recorded in the cadastre and Land Registry; then you decide whether to regularise first or sell with the situation clearly explained.

Do views raise the price of my house?

Yes, if they are real and protected: an open view over countryside or sea from a hillside commands a premium. It needs proper documentation, with photos from the house, orientation and what lies in front, and a check that it does not depend on a neighbouring buildable plot.

Do I need every document ready to start?

Not for an initial conversation. We review what exists and identify what should be found or clarified before viewings.
