Old townhouse at the border of Santanyí village, carefully renovated and upgraded.
It is lovingly decorated and enchants with its Oriental ambience In the beautifully planted patio with the white sun sail you can relax and enjoy al fresco meals both during the day and after sunset. There is also a spacious pool area where you can take refreshing baths after sunbathing.
The house’s entrance door opens to the bright living-dining area with ceiling fan and a huge window, protected by adecorative wrought iron grille. In front of this window there is seating-accommodation with views to the beautiful patio. There is another separate seating area where you con read a book or retire with the laptop. The dining area is in front of the mirror wall, behind it you find the kitchen, a guest toilet and a bathroom. The house disposes of 5 bedrooms altogether; one on the ground floor and four on the upper floor. As unique feature, all bedrooms on the upper floor have their own room-in washbasin and are equipped with air-conditioning warm-cold. On the upper floor there is also a room with three showers, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Due to the optimal location at the village border you can stroll through the whole village, go shopping, visiting one of the many restaurants and going to the without needing a car all the times.
