Description
The house is lovingly furnished and has a bright and practic interior. It has two double bedrooms and a bathroom and accommodates 4 people. A beautiful stone-built arch separates the completely fitted spacious living-in kitchen from the living area with fireplace. In front of the house there is a cosy veranda with dining table and four chairs and a comfortable lounge corner, from where you can catch a glimpse of the sea. Behind the house, with direct access to the kitchen, there is a spacious garden terrace with dining table and 6 chairs and a BBQ. All around there are pleasantly landscaped Mediterranean gardens, weekly maintained by Juanito himself. The bays Es Caló des Moro and S’Almunia and also to the beach of Cala Llombards are within easy walking distance.
Final cleaning and tourist ax are not included in the price and must be paid separately.

There are several places with seats and dinner table, at the terras at the front of the house with seaview, in the garden and there are seats on the roofterras. That is very nice, especially when you want to have breakfast in the morning sunshine orsee more
